This July, 4 Pines Brewing Co. have partnered with Cruise Bar to present an exclusive, intimate dinner on Cruise Bar’s iconic Roof Top.

From 6:30pm on Wednesday 17 July and Wednesday 31 July, guests can indulge in four courses creatively curated by Cruise Bar’s Head Chef, Patrick Haney while enjoying unbeatable panoramic views of Sydney Harbour.


A culinary experience like no other, each course has been expertly paired with 4 Pines signature, handcrafted beers. Upon arrival, guests can enjoy an Oyster Shot or Scallops Canapé, complemented by 4 Pines Pacific Ale. Continuing the seafood journey, Cruise Bar will be plating up Korean Stuffed Squid for the entrée along with 4 Pines Summer Ale.

For main, guests can indulge in a succulent Chicken Ballotine with Heirloom Carrots, Mandarin Puree and Parsnip Puree while sipping on 4 Pines Pale Ale. If red meat is more your style, then the hearty Beer Braised Wagyu Brisket is sure to hit the spot.


Ending on a sweet note, the Devilish Stout Chocolate Mousse and Pretzel Peanut Butter Crumb is a must-try, perfectly paired with 4 Pines Honey Imperial Stout.
