In situations like we have in Australia right now, it’s important not only to remember those on the front line, but also to support those that the devastating effects of drought and fires impact long term. In the hospitality industry, these ties are strongly linked to our farmers and the loss of land, livestock and produce. This is why Nelly Robinson has decided to partner with Rural Aid to donate a portion of the proceeds from his soon to launch Australia themed degustation menu.
Kicking off on Tuesday 14 January, nel. Restaurant will be serving up re-invented Aussie classics including the Bunnings Sausage Sizzle, Potato Scallops, Smashed Avocado, Weetbix and Milk and the Cherry Ripe.
To top it all off, Nelly has collaborated with Rural Aid and will be donating $5 from every single degustation to help support farmers with fodder (hay), fresh drinking water and financial assistance through the charity’s Buy a Bale campaign.
