SESIÓN Tequila have collaborated with Franca brasserie and bar, Potts Point to host a virtual cocktail masterclass on Thursday 9 September at 6:30pm.

In the exclusive SESIÓN Tequila masterclass, attendees will learn how to make three delicious cocktails as well as how to maximise the use of ingredients through sustainable and upcycling practices, including using Pineapple skin and core, which are often thrown away or compost, to make tepache de piña, a Mexican fermented drink; and using lime skin to make Oleo Saccharum, an oily sugar that can be used in cocktails.

Tickets to the class are $35 each, with attendees receiving a box prior to the evening which includes a Franca x SESIÓN Tequila Electric Margarita for two and the key ingredients you need to create a SESIÓN Tequila Pineapple Sour and Tommy’s Margarita at home.
