Introducing Rosé Together by Veuve Clicquot, launching at Hotel Ravesis this month for a limited time only. The gastronomic partnership, which has both restaurant and picnic expressions, is about creating memories with good food and great company alongside Veuve Clicquot Rosé.
The world’s first-ever blended rosé Champagne, invented by Madam Clicquot in 1818, Veuve Clicquot Rosé is one of the hallmarks of the Maison. This timeless cuvée is a luminous pink colour with coppery glints and aromas of fresh red fruits, with biscuity notes of almonds, apricots and brioche. A perfect companion for the fresh, coastal, Mediterranean-style dishes for which Ravesis is famous.
Rosé Together can be enjoyed two ways; as a lunch in the casual elegance of Ravesis restaurant with its sweeping views of Sydney’s most famous beach, or as a gorgeous takeaway hamper to enjoy ‘At Home’ or wherever you choose.
Rosé Together lunches on premises include a chilled bottle Veuve Clicquot Rosé with Antipasti served on a custom wooden serving board. The beautiful Rosé Together hampers come complete with a gift- boxed bottle, custom Veuve Clicquot branded wooden serving board to keep, and a pair of Veuve Clicquot sunglasses.
Ravesis’ head chef Peter Streckfuss has focused on fresh antipasti style ingredients and sustainable produce to create his Rosé Together menu. It features Fromager D’Affinois Florette, mixed olives and Ravesis signature Baba Ghanoush to perfectly compliment the Rosé Champagne. For those eating in, an additional seafood selection featuring Kingfish Crudo, Queensland Tiger Prawns and Calamari is also available.
Rosé Together is available at Hotel Ravesis from 13 March until the end of April, and numbers are strictly limited.
At Home hampers are priced at $190, whilst the in-house experience can be purchased for $209 for the Antipasti pairing, with the Seafood Selection available for an additional $61.
