Leading fashion retailer, Forever New is the first Australian retailer to launch an innovative return service with leading franchised parcel delivery service CouriersPlease (CP) for its Australian customers.
The new service, Boomerang, will allow customers living in metro areas to return their online order without leaving their home. Customers will be able to book a courier pickup through the CouriersPlease website at a time and location of their choice. Once booked, the courier will then pick up the parcel and deliver it directly to the Forever New warehouse where the refund will be processed.
The Boomerang service is another Australian first for the brand, who continues to lead the way in omni-channel innovation.

This cost to use the Couriers Please service is the same as Forever New’s standard return postage costs. It will be available for Forever New online shoppers from Thursday 23 April.
