Ever been on holiday and felt a little bit anxious that your fitness has gone down the pan? Well worry no more! Westin Hotels & Resorts has launched the Westin Let’s Rise Workout Series, an in-room, HIIT workout program, curated by and starring certified health coach, television presenter and model, Rachael Finch. The workout videos will be available exclusively from December for guests of Westin Hotels & Resorts in Australia and Fiji.

To celebrate the launch of the new video series, today at 12:00pm, Rachael will host an exclusive outdoor HIIT workout at Martin Place, Sydney. The 30-minute workout will include a 10-minute warm up and cool down, while participants move to the beats of a local DJ. The event is open to the public and anyone can join by signing up on Eventbrite here. The workout is designed for both men and women to enjoy.

The workout series is designed to provide a full-body workout, featuring six videos including: two 15-minute full-body, HIIT work-outs; two 8-minute ab attacks; a short warm-up session; and a cool down and stretch routine. The workouts can be achieved comfortably in any guestroom and do not require special equipment.

The series is available 24-hours-a-day in guestrooms at The Westin Sydney, The Westin Melbourne and The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa, Fiji. They will also be available at The WestinPerth when it opens in April, 2018.

The launch of the Westin Let’s Rise Workout Series follows the global roll-out of Westin’s Let’s Rise brand campaign, which launched in January, 2017. The multimillion-dollar campaign empowers guests to maintain their health & wellbeing whilst travelling, by connecting them to Westin’s signature programs and partnerships. From the iconic Westin Heavenly Bed to The Westin Gear Lending partnership with New Balance®, these initiatives are designed to embody the brand’s Six Pillars of Well-being: Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well, and Play Well.

The launch of the Westin Let’s Rise Workout Series is an extension of Westin’s ongoing partnership with Rachael, which began in 2016 when she curated a Westin Wellness Escape for guests at The Westin Melbourne and The Westin Denarau Resort & Spa. Guests at the Escapes pursued their well-being through interactive workshops and ballroom dance classes.
