A new dynamic yoga class (with a world-class view) is heading to Sydney harbour. With a focus on your mind, body and overall wellness, prepare to start the day with Zen Sessions, yoga and meditation by the harbour at the 5-star Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour.

Zen Sessions launches to the public on Monday 8 October, and kicks off with three ongoing early morning classes every week, running Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7am, where you can downward dog with unrivalled views across Sydney Harbour as your backdrop.

Classes focus on either dynamic flow yoga or slow flow yoga and are open to everyone at all levels and abilities. Taught by expert instructors, classes are ideal for locals living and working in the vicinity, travellers wanting to take in the stunning view and hotel guests looking for something extra with their stay.

Classes are priced at $30 for a casual session or sign up for a 10-visit pass and receive your first session free + 10% off. Bookings are essential.
