The iconic Penrith burger institution, Burger Head, welcomes their newest venue in Casula. This will be their fourth restaurant since their first opening in Penrith in 2017. Founded by three fine-dining chefs Richard Borg, Timothy Rosenstrauss and Joshua DeLuca, the trio grew up in the area and apply what they’ve learned at Quay, Momofuku Seibo, Master, Ormeggio and Sweden’s Mathias Dahlgren (a 2 Michelin Star Restaurant) to their burger-making to bring you all the classics, made with their culinary finesse.

The classic cheeseburger is a must-have, from the simple stack of semi-molten American cheese, to the surprisingly tart secret sauce, pickles and a patty (fatty, pink-centred and chunky) all within a glazed milk bun. If anything shows off the trio’s kitchen experience it’s their vegetarian option, The Mike Tyson. It has pulled-pork-like shreds of smoked enoki and king oyster mushrooms, deep-fried kale and cabbage slaw. There’s also a fried chicken number with a heavily spiced batter and malt-pickled onions

Kicking off on Thursday 23rd June in celebration of their Casula opening, Burger Head will be giving away 1,000 free cheeseburgers to their loyal customers. To claim your free cheeseburger all you have to do is sign up to their Burger Head app and redeem the offer in store at Casula. Head over to Burger Head in Casula, the new go-to spot for the most decadent cheat meal (or mid-week feed) you’ll have in the West.
