Last night Sydney Social 101 attended a preview screening of Me & Earl & The Dying Girl at Event Cinema on George Street in Sydney. Guests were served a range of complimentary drinks on arrival before the preview screening of Me & Earl & The Dying Girl began.

Me & Earl & The Dying Girl is a brilliantly funny movie; but also be ready to have a bit of a cry. Me & Earl & The Dying Girl is about an awkward high-school senior Greg (Thomas Mann) and a seriously ill classmate Rachel (Olivia Cooke). Greg spends most of his time with his co-worker Earl making spoofs of classic movies. After his mother (Connie Britton) finds out that Rachel is ill she forces him to hang out with her but they find themselves becoming inseparable friends.

Me & Earl & The Dying Girl staring Thomas Mann, Olivia Cooke, RJ Cyler, Connie Britton, Jon Bernthal, Molly Shannon and Nick Offerman is in Event cinemas from 03/09/2015!

These are just some of the most inspirational movies I’ve seen in my lifetime.
