Based on the Oscar-winning film, Priscilla: The Musical follows the hilarious, heart-warming and sassy adventure of three fabulous, drag-queen friends who hop aboard a battered old bus (Named Priscilla) bound for Alice Springs to put on the show of a lifetime.
Tony Sheldon is a hit in the role of classy but tough Bernadette who is the drag-mother of the group. David Harris who plays fun-loving yet sensitive Tick is absolutely fabulous while Euan Doidge puts on a fantastic and fierce show as Felicia. The support cast is phenomenal too. Robert Grubb brilliantly plays the loveable role of easy-going bogan Bob while Lena Cruz plays his Asian mail-order bride who steals the show with THAT ping pong act!
This iconic hit musical has more glitter and sparkle than ever, featuring an array of more than 500 phenomenal costumes, 200 stunning headdresses and dazzling sets including a full-sized and fabulous replica of the iconic pink bus.
The sound track is full of dance-floor classics including It’s Raining Men, I Will Survive, and I Love The Nightlife, which will have you dancing in your seats (and maybe even on stage!). The tracks are superbly sung by the cast who are often accompanied by three stunning songstresses who are suspended over the stage like musical angels.
