Martini lovers, this one is for you!
This month, Barangaroo House are shaking and stirring things up with a month long celebration that James Bond would be proud of. Martini Month will be in full swing from Monday 2 September with only the finest waterfront martinis and French Riviera theming across all three levels in partnership with Grey Goose Vodka!
The hero of the month is Bea’s “Duck, Duck, Goose” lunch, a special $89 tasting menu that will run every Saturday in September dedicated to duck, some more duck and a Grey ‘Goose’ Goosetini. Highlights include an amazing duck liver parfait, aged duck on the crown with quince BBQ and crumpets and a BBQ duck neck sausage with caramelised onion. The popular caramel koala has even had a face lift for the month to, you guessed it, a caramel duck. This poultry feast is also served with a side of music and many more Grey Goose martinis, with Bea ramping it up with DJs every Saturday from 12:30 – 3:30pm, a roaming martini cart on Fridays and Saturdays and a menu of mini dry, rosa, blossom and francoise martinis every day of the week. From lunch to after dinner drinks, these simple and classic Grey Goose mini-tinis are enough to make any mundane Tuesday feel like a special occasion.
Of course it doesn’t end there – down at House Bar, they’ll be serving up a martini menu including the classic espresso and the exotic Yuzu martini (to name a few) with a side of oysters – including a well stocked oyster and martini cart and weekday happy hour offers of $2 oyster from 4 – 6pm. Smoke rooftop elevates the martini experience with an ocean martini topped with scorched seaweed, a two-toned sunset martini and the premium “Flame of Love”, a $65 martini made with Grey Goose’s VX vodka containing a touch of cognac, served with a side of stunning Sydney views. Don Draper, eat your heart out.
