The Langham Sydney has launched its Little Cup of Hope Afternoon Tea activation (Now – 9th April 2020) in support of the work of national charity, Pink Hope. With every beautifully crafted pink-themed high tea served, $5 will be donated towards the incredible work of Australia’s leading preventative health hub, providing information, education and support to families at an increased risk of breast and ovarian cancer.
Building upon the success of last year’s Langham Sydney and Pink Hope Suite activation, the Little Cup of Hope afternoon tea provides a magical experience for guests to enjoy handcrafted sweets by pastry chef Prashanth Krishnan. Each dessert item has been created with a touch of pink, from champagne and ruby chocolate truffles through to strawberry yoghurt macarons.
With more savoury delights to enjoy than ever before, the Little Cup of Hope afternoon tea boasts beef and burgundy pie pastries, truffled egg finger sandwiches and seafood to leave you salivating for more. Designed by The Langham Sydney’s new executive chef, Stephen Lech, each item has been tasted, tweaked and perfected to ensure every mouthful has guests wanting more!
With every afternoon tea served, each guest will receive their own message of hope written personally by a woman or family within the incredible Pink Hope community. Each message reflects the individual’s experience but also their gratitude to the attendees of the Little Cup of Hope high tea.
In addition to the amazing afternoon tea spread, The Langham Sydney Mixologist has also developed a bespoke pink-themed cocktail to match beautifully with the range of sweets and savoury delights.
