Four Pillars has a number of events organised to celebrate World Gin Day 2015 (Saturday 13 June), and also a couple in the week before just in case you need even more of a gin fix.

Thursday 9 June

Four Pillars have teamed up with the InterContinental Double Bay for the first ever gin dinner. The exclusive dining experience will take gin enthusiasts on a culinary journey with a three-course menu matched to Four Pillars cocktails including a dessert featuring Four Pillars marmalade, followed by after-dinner drinks including a taste of the Four Pillars Barrel Aged Solera no.3. The dinner, including canapes, matching drinks and an after-dinner tasting are available for $160 via EventBrite here.

Friday 10 June

Down in Melbourne now, if you’re keen to get World Gin Day festivities kicked off a day early then drop by Barrique in Healesville on Friday afternoon for a Four Pillars tasting with their distiller Cameron.

Saturday 13 June

On World Gin Day Four Pillar will be saying farewell to their humble distillery space out the back of Rob Dolan winery in South Warrandyte. They will be opening their doors for the final time before they move Wilma up the road to Healesville. Their pop-up distillery door will be open to all-comers from 10.30am to 4.30pm. All their gin will be on sale including (excitingly) Solera No_3 of their gold medal-winning Barrel Aged Gin. There will be gin tastings, mini-distillery tours and some information and intimate gin cocktail classes.
