From Tuesday 10 March to Monday 6 April, Sydneysiders and Melburnites can get their hands on limited-edition treats that combine the warmth of single malt with the indulgence of beloved Easter desserts.
The Scotch Cross Bun takes the traditional fruit-laden favourite and elevates it with Benriach’s award-winning The Original Ten single malt Scotch whisky, finished with a smooth Scotch glaze. Meanwhile, the Scotch Caramel Easter Lamington delivers a rich chocolate sponge filled with decadent whisky caramel, a nod to the cocoa traditions of the season. Both are perfect for those who love a little adult twist on their sweet classics.
For those wanting to fully immerse themselves in the whisky experience, Tokyo Lamington’s Newtown store will also be serving a limited-edition whisky coffee creation throughout the collaboration. Infused with housemade honey syrup, topped with silky vanilla cream, and spiked with a shot of Benriach’s The Original Ten, this drink can be enjoyed hot or cold, offering a refined yet playful spin on the classic afternoon coffee.
