TFE Hotels has thrown open the doors on its fourth Vibe Hotel in the Sydney CBD with the arrival of the Vibe Hotel Sydney Darling
Harbour onto the CBD’s accommodation scene.

This new Vibe Hotel on historic Sussex Street features 145-rooms and playful design touches including a mesh wardrobe which references a Brownstone elevator to offer a New York Loft feel. Semi-circular showers in each room create a sculptured corridor space that’s unique to the property.

The Vibe hotel is also home to Sydney’s newest rooftop restaurant and bar, Above 319, which offers stunning sunset views over Darling Harbour and the city’s inner west. Come for: sunsets over Darling Harbour and the cocktails – did somebody say Passionfruit Caprioska ($18) and Lychee & Watermelon Mojitos? ($18) and stay for: the cool vibes, the popcorn kaarage
chicken with Siracha aioli and pickled shallots; the mint jule jugs ($35) and the 1.5L Côtes de Provence Magnums ($104).

Above 319 Restaurant & Bar is the latest rooftop hideaway in the CBD, providing a picturesque place to watch the world go by. From the moment you step foot in the bar, you’ll have your head in the clouds and a cocktail in hand as you look over the Darling Harbour skyline and the heated rooftop pool.

 

Shared plates and shared experiences are at the heart of what we do on the rooftop Above 319. Oriental spiced vegetable spring rolls ($16) and duck samosas with sweet mango chutney ($19) bridge the gap from dusk to dark. Panna cotta with mango and coconut crisp and salted caramel and chocolate tarts ($15) add a sweet touch of decadence.Whether it’s a light lunch in daylight, devouring drinks and nibbles at dusk or sipping on a cocktail under the stars, this vibrant terrace garden offers the perfect opportunity to celebrate any occasion!
