The last major event of the festival will be the Bondi Bartender Cocktail Challenge at Bondi Liquor Co. on Sunday 24 April. Bondi’s best bartenders will design and create a gin inspired cocktail with guests invited to vote for their favourite, and the winner crowned Bondi’s best bartender.

Born out of a love of the liquor industry, three mates – Ben, Adrian and Will – have brought together years of experience from across hospitality, distribution, and alcohol production to form Bondi Liquor Co.  Having launched in 2021, just 3 days before Sydney’s second lockdown, it is officially the first operating distillery in Bondi, with all products made onsite, making them truly Bondi Original.

The Bondi Liquor Co. portfolio currently includes the Original Dry Gin ($85), Citrus Gin ($85) and Rhubarb Gin ($90), all artisan gins that are an expression of Bondi Beach.
