I really enjoyed the chocolate porridge every morning and had it served with berries for extra deliciousness and healthiness. I really liked the taste of the slender blend. It is one of the best tasting protein powders I have tried. I used the slender blend to make a delicious banana smoothie with yogurt.

Over my 30 Days trialling Protein World I definitely saw some toning up and strengthening and my recovery time decreased over the 30 days which was a highlight for me. I think I need to increase my exercise frequency and intensity to see further results. I really, really enjoyed the taste of both the powder and porridge which was a real highlight for me. Khloé Kardashian Chocolate Orange Protein Pancakes


  • 2 scoops of chocolate Slender Blend protein powder
  • ¼ cup of almond or coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp melted coconut oil
  • 1tsp honey
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (you may need a bit more depending on consistency)


Combine the Slender Blend protein, flour, baking powder, milk, melted coconut oil and honey

Blend thoroughly until the mixture is a smooth consistency and runny then add in orange zest and mix well

Set a frying over a medium heat and use a little Protein World coconut oil to grease the pan

When hot, add the mixture around 2 dessert spoons at a time, and cook for 1 minute each side or until golden

Layer up the pancakes and serve with banana slices, berries, orange zest and any other toppings you would like!
