Lasagne Sundays Are Coming to Chiswick Woollahra and Honestly, This Is My Kind of Winter

There’s just something about lasagne in winter that feels like a warm hug from the universe.

And honestly? Chiswick Woollahra may have just created Sydney’s dream Sunday night ritual.

From 14 June to 19 July, Chiswick is handing the kitchen over to some of the best chefs in the Solotel family, alongside Matt Moran himself, for a rotating Lasagne Series dedicated entirely to the ultimate comfort food. Think braised beef cheek lasagne, crab and prawn lasagne, duck ragu with stracciatella, pumpkin and truffle layers… all served inside one of Sydney’s prettiest leafy dining rooms.

What I love most about this concept is that it feels elevated without losing the nostalgia. It’s still comforting, relaxed and approachable, just with the kind of chef talent that makes you want to book every single Sunday.

The $55 set menu includes:
• Lasagne of the week
• Garlic and herb focaccia
• Seasonal salad
• Tiramisu to finish

Plus specially priced wine to match.

Personally? The Wagyu Beef & Pine Mushroom lasagne by Tom Gorringe and the Duck Ragu finale by Quan Nguyen are calling my name.

If you’re looking for a wholesome winter catch-up, date night or long Sunday dinner with friends, this feels like one of those Sydney experiences people are going to talk about all season.
