Last week we attended the soft launch of That Girl Pop up bar. That Girl pop up bar was created by Sara Fagerlund who is the Food & Beverage Services Manager at The Menzies Sydney Hotel on Carrington St, Sydney.
When walking into the That Girl soft launch it was like walking into the 1950’s. There was a choice of signature infused vodka cocktails inspired by Sara; Bettie’s Bangs, We Love Lucy, Shimmy Shake Vodka Bake, and Bakin’ Ma Vodka. Our favourites were the Bettie’s Bangs cocktail, which included house-infused beetroot & balsamic vodka, lychee liqueur and soda and the Bakin’ Ma Vodka cocktail, which included house-infused bacon vodka, pineapple juice and butterscotch schnapps!
We also got to try some yummy 1950s themed food.
I recommend That Girl pop up bar if you’re looking for somewhere with great cocktails and a fun 1950s theme. That Girl is open Monday to Friday from 07:00-2200.
