Review 101** Skin Control Glass Skin Glazing Mask

I’ve tried a lot of skincare trends in my time, but nothing prepared me for how obsessed I’d become with Skin Control’s new Glass Skin Glazing Mask. As someone who lives for that juicy, light-reflecting K-beauty glow (minus the 12-step routine), this overnight peel-off mask felt like a tiny miracle in a tube.

First of all, the concept alone had me hooked. It’s basically Australia’s vegan answer to those famous “salmon sperm” treatments coming out of Korea, except this version uses vegan PDRN, a plant-powered ingredient that mimics the regenerative benefits without anything animal-derived. As a cruelty-free skincare girlie, that instantly won me over.

The formula is packed with heavy-hitting actives- Collagen, Ceramides, Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid—basically everything your skin dreams about at night. When I applied it (with the little brush it comes with—yes, that detail brought me joy), it went on like a silky, cooling jelly. Within a few minutes, it set into this super comfortable, glass-like veil. Not sticky, not tight, and crucially: didn’t glue my face to my pillow.

While I slept, the mask worked overtime, locking in my entire nighttime routine and acting like a hydrating forcefield. The brand says it boosts collagen, helps cell regeneration and tackles texture, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines—and honestly, after just one use, I felt the hype.

But the real magic moment? The peel.
Peeling it off the next morning was everything my inner child and my adult skincare self. And underneath? My face looked ridiculously smooth, plump, and reflective. Glassy, but not greasy. Hydrated, but not heavy. Just…fresh.

The best part is that it’s gentle enough for sensitive skin and even post-procedure days, thanks to its calming, anti-inflammatory benefits. No redness, no irritation.

At $20, I honestly didn’t expect luxury-level results, but this mask delivers big-time. It’s affordable, accessible, and legitimately effective, which tracks, Skin Control has been nailing the vegan-friendly, results-driven lane for a while now.

Available at: Woolworths, Big W, skincontrol.com and Coles.
