The Italian sparkling beverage brand has launched Sanpellegrino CIAO! in Australia, bringing a lighter, fruit-forward drink to the fridge in three delicious flavours: Blood Orange, Peach and Lime. Made with fruit juice, sparkling water and Sicilian salt, CIAO! contains no added sugar and is low in calories, making it a refreshing option for everyday sipping.
Inspired by a simple Sicilian tradition of combining sparkling water with fruit juice and a touch of salt, CIAO! takes that classic combination and gives it a modern makeover. The result is a drink that lets the fruit flavours shine while the bubbles add a lively, refreshing finish.
So, what do they taste like?
Blood Orange is the zesty choice, combining sparkling water with Italian blood orange juice and Sicilian salt. It has a lovely balance of sweet citrus and acidity, making it particularly refreshing served ice cold.
Peach is the softer, sweeter option, blending juicy peach and citrus flavours with a hint of floral character. The Sicilian salt helps keep things balanced rather than overly sweet.

Available now at select retailers, all three flavours will roll out nationally at Woolworths from 31 August 2026. The 330ml cans are available in four-packs from $9.50.
