If summer had a flavour, it would be salty air, fresh lime and a margarita with a little kick. And this season, North Bondi Fish is absolutely delivering.
The iconic Bondi institution has officially launched Hot Marg Summer, teaming up with Patrón Tequila to bring a fiery margarita menu to the beachfront, running now until 28 February. Think frozen, spicy, chilli-laced goodness, served all day and designed for long lunches that accidentally turn into sunset sessions.
Front and centre is the hero serve:
Mango & Chamoy Frozen Spicy Marg – a bold, refreshing blend of Patrón Silver Tequila, fresh local mango, lime, salsa chamoy and tajín. Sweet, spicy, icy and made for hot Bondi afternoons.
For the brave, there’s the Carolina Reaper Spicy Marg, a not-for-the-faint-hearted challenge that will test even the most seasoned chilli lovers.

The chilli merch everyone will want
To mark the collab, North Bondi Fish and Patrón are dropping a limited run of just 200 chilli-themed, co-branded hats. These will be gifted exclusively to the first 200 diners who book a table in February and pre-order a Hot Marg serve for each guest via the dedicated bookings page.
Staff will also be rocking chilli-embellished relaxed tees throughout the campaign, bringing the whole Hot Marg Summer energy to life in-venue.
