ABOUT THE MORRISON

From acclaimed chef Sean Connolly (Astral and Sean’s Kitchen), comes The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room. Located in the heart of Sydney, between the CBD and The Rocks, this New York-style brasserie is the perfect place for an after work drink with a bite to eat, a plate of fresh oysters or a sit-down menu to enjoy with friends. Sean is knows for using simple, locally sourced ingredients, and prides himself on using only the freshest produce, much of which is free-range, is known for plating up some of the best seafood in Sydney.  Trust me, I’ve eaten at a few of his venues (catch my review for Sean’s Kitchen in Adelaide), the man is a genius and The Morrison Crab Carnival only scratches the surface of what’s on offer.

For all the oyster lovers out there, be sure to check out their $1 Oyster Hour, every Wednesday between 6 – 7pm.
