The release of the first images reveal what is set to be the most unique Sydney dining experience to open on the Harbour in recent years. The restaurant and bar present a stunning contemporary interpretation in keeping with the historic location in The Rocks, utilising materials which reflect the past as well as the latest in international styling.

The Gantry Restaurant & Bar harks back to the original structures on Pier One, which served to connect the city with North Sydney prior to the completion of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Whilst Pier One has always welcomed travellers to Sydney, today it serves both Sydney residents and a discerning international public alike.

A cultural hub rich in history as well as a vibrant harbourside setting, The Gantry Restaurant & Bar is located within Sydney’s best-kept secret – Pier One Sydney Harbour hotel. Whilst Pier One has been adapted into a stunning hotel, neighbouring maritime wharves have become home to some of Sydney’s most unique and inspiring performing arts theatres and venues including Sydney Theatre Company, Bangarra Dance Theatre and Sydney Dance Company.
