Sydney loves a freebie. But when that freebie comes with a side of MasterChef star power consider our Saturday plans officially locked in.
Lee Kum Kee, the pantry staple you’ve definitely got in your fridge door right now, is throwing one of its biggest giveaways ever to celebrate more than 50 years in Australia, and it’s landing right on our doorstep at Manly Wharf this weekend.
On Saturday 8 August, the brand is handing out 2,000 full-size bottles of its brand new Panda Brand Oyster Sauce Squeezable Bottle, completely free, first come first served. If you’ve ever wrestled with a jar of oyster sauce mid-stir-fry, you’ll understand why this squeezy upgrade is a genuinely exciting kitchen win, not just a marketing gimmick.

Cleary has been cooking with the brand’s sauces for years, and says the new squeezable bottle makes it easier than ever to add flavour to everyday meals without the fuss or the mess.
With the cost of living still biting, a free day out at Manly that doubles as a pantry restock is about as good as freebies get. Bottles are limited and expected to go fast, so if you want to walk away with your own squeezy Panda Brand bottle, getting there early is non-negotiable.
