For one night only, be immersed in the magic and drama of Italian and French Opera at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar.
Restaurateur Maurice Terzini and Icebergs Dining Room and Bar present a night of Opera. An intimate black tie dinner where Italian and French Opera will transform the Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, providing a unique and dynamic experience, encompassing dramatic music, a menu by Executive Chef Monty Koludrovic and wines selected by Head Sommelier James Hird.
Opera Australia’s principal artist Anna Dowsley will take centre stage, lighting up the Dining Room with her powerful vocals, as she performs Italian and French Opera classics including arias from Carmen, Samson and Delilah and The Barber of Seville, songs by Bellini, Chausson and De Falla, as well as Mozart arias from Le Nozze di Figaro and Idomeneo.
This will truly be a night to remember.

The menu will feature Gnocchi Fritti & Shaved Jamon, Yarra Valley Caviar & Buffalo Mozzarella ‘Tartare’, Koji Grilled Lamb, Smoked Garlic, Radish & Hibiscus, finishing with an Opera di Gateau.
