Revel in the bounty of Spring at The Butler as the Potts Point restaurant and bar hosts its third annual instalment of ‘The Butler in Bloom’. The month-long celebration, running from 1-30 November 2021, is dedicated to Springtime in the city. The Butler will once again be transformed into a flowery oasis complete with breath taking floral and art installations, a delightful new Spritz cocktail menu in collaboration with Lillet French aperitif wines, and a decedent Spring dessert special. The annual Spring campaign celebrates the months getting warmer and Sydneysiders getting back to life post-lockdown!
The refreshing Lillet Spritz menu incorporates seasonal fruits, herbs, and spices to create a twist on the time-honoured aperitif cocktails using Lillet Blanc Aperitif and Lillet Rosé. Choose from Lillet & Tonic (Lillet Blanc Aperitif, cucumber, strawberry, tonic), Watermelon Rosé (Lillet Rosé Aperitif, watermelon, mint, soda); and Passionfruit Spritz (Lillet Blanc Aperitif, salted passionfruit, lemon, rosemary, soda), for $16 each. Golden Hour at The Butler is the best way to watch the sun go down from the leafy outdoor terrace with a Spritz in hand. Enjoy panoramic views of Sydney’s iconic city skyline from Wednesday through to Sunday, between 4pm – 6pm, when all Lillet Spritz cocktails will be priced at just $12. Guests buying any Lillet Spritz cocktail through the Applejack app will also go in the draw to WIN one of 10 LVLY personalized flower jars every week in November.
Infusing Spring undertones with The Butler’s signature Ibero-American flavours, Head Chef Amber Doig has crafted a mouth-watering, limited edition dessert special that is almost too pretty to eat. The Coconut Panna Cotta (passionfruit mezcal syrup, caramelised white chocolate, mango sorbet) screams Spring and is sure to be a hit amongst dessert lovers for just $15.
The Butler’s exterior will receive a temporary facelift by Sydney-based artist Sarah McCloskey who will be creating a breathtaking mural art installation covering the external wall by the main entrance, featuring Australian natives, botanicals, and tropical plants – perfect for the gram!
The venue has also once again teamed up with Sydney-based floral studio Boutierre Girls, with Emily Michele Smith and her team creating awe-inspiring floor-to-ceiling floral installations running from the entrance hall, into the main dining room and outdoor terrace.
Celebrate the reopening of The Butler and return of Spring with this seasons #ButlerInBloom!
