Manly favourite, Whitewater Restaurant has added a host of new exciting dishes to their menus to celebrate the start of spring. Inspired by the beautiful ocean that is directly opposite the venue; locals, visitors and foodies alike will be enchanted with the refreshing flavours, tantalising dishes and gorgeous water views this venue has on offer.
The new menu showcases an exceptional range of authentic, international and local cuisine including seafood delights, pastas and prime meats. With fifteen new sharing plates there is something for everyone on Whitewater’s new menu because everything in life is about sharing. The Tuna Tatiki which consists of rare thinly sliced tuna served on chopped broccolini salad tossed with soy sesame seed dressing is sure to be a popular choice as well as the garlic prawns, salt and pepper squid and grilled octopus encapsulating the fresh water feel of the venue. Other key small plates include vegetarian friendly options; the sauteed mushroom melody, spinach arancino, fried cauliflower and tomato bruschetta which consists of fresh tomatoes tossed with diced red onion and basil, on top of toast finished with a balsamic glaze.
Whitewater also has a delicious brunch menu with a variety of signature plates to be enjoyed with beachfront views. Firm favourites such as their Eggs Benny, Avo Toast and their Fruity French Toast are made complete with a quality barista coffee, fresh juice, Mimosa (only $7) or Bloody Mary.
