MOULD, the dream event for cheese-lovers will return to Carriageworks next weekend (June 30 – July 1) for its seventh iteration presenting Sydneysiders with a feta than ever line-up of over 25 local producers with over 100 varieties of Australian-made dairy products.
NSW dairy makers include Hunter Belle, Nimbin Valley, and Second Mouse Cheese, plus plenty of appearances by other fantastic producers such as Bee One Third, Ugly Duck Fine Foods, and more.
