TOME opened up day 2 at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week on the main runway. The front row was packed with fashion vanguards – Gemma Ward was kind enough to stop for a pic and a quick chat after the show. She enjoyed TOME’s collection – designers Ryan Lobo and Ramon Martin enlisted Sylvia Plath (the first the time designers have used a writer for a muse) and the series draws from norther hemisphere pre fall, and features their newly launched Tome shirt line. Cotton shirting has fast become a sought after TOME staple – which lead to the launch of the White Shirt Project in 2014 with Katie Ford, all profits go towards the fight against human trafficking and slavery.
