We’re a sucker for a treat and it goes with our saying that we have a sweet tooth so they had us at hello TBH!

We were blown away and left wanting more when we tried the flavoursome creation of fairy floss, French meringue & cardamom crumble and fresh lemon verbena sauce that I have to be honest in saying - is a party in your mouth!

For those of you that are more into savoury, the delectable cheese plate, sourcing cheese from local producers, coupled with a selection of condiments to heighten the flavours and textures is out of this world!

Paired perfectly with a glass of Yalumba wine, we were able to sip and savour the moment whilst overlooking Sydney’s icons from Supper Club, the exclusive rooftop bar located on level 31, InterContinental Sydney.

Supper Club is absolutely one of our new favourites and we can’t stress how much it should be on your Sydney hit list, you can only access by telephone on the 31st floor, where a door opens and reveals a haven on the top of the world – literally!
