Applejack, the hospitality group behind some of our favourite Sydney venues, is holding a month-long event ‘Applejack Celebrates’ throughout November, showcasing exciting signature dishes and drinks and culminating in the launch of a brand-new venue!
Owners Ben Carroll and Hamish Watts felt the need to celebrate the happy coincidence that all of their previous venues across Sydney’s North Shore and Eastern suburbs, including SoCal, The Botanist, The Butler and Bondi Hardware, opened in the month of November over the past four years, with the boys wanting to share the love with their customers.
“There is no method to our madness, all our venues just happened to open in November,” says Co-Founder Carroll. “But November is our favourite time of year, coming into summer, so we thought why not kick off the festive season with a proper celebration.”
Acclaimed Executive Chef James Privett will be making our mouths water with a special ‘Applejack Celebrates’ menu at each of the venues, and at the bargain price of only $25.00 including a glass of wine, why wouldn’t you pay them a visit?
