Get ready for a blooming adventure! Fleurs de Villes, the world-famous floral show that’s wowed audiences across Canada, the US, Australia, and the UK, is making a grand return to The Calyx at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. From August 9-18, 2024, immerse yourself in Fleurs de Villes VOYAGE, a vibrant floral celebration that takes you on a journey to iconic destinations around the globe.
This travel-themed showcase will feature 15 stunning, one-of-a-kind floral mannequins, each crafted by Sydney’s top floral designers. Inspired by destinations like the bustling souks of Morocco, the peaceful gardens of Kyoto, the wild landscapes of a South African safari, and the dazzling Moulin Rouge in Paris, these floral masterpieces offer a captivating storytelling experience that connects the world through the beauty of flowers.
Whether rain or shine, visitors can revel in this floral feast at The Calyx, an immersive green oasis boasting an indoor glasshouse, an outdoor terrace, and one of the southern hemisphere’s largest green walls. It’s the perfect backdrop for this spectacular floral display.
But the magic doesn’t stop there! Outside The Calyx, at the Queen Elizabeth II Gate near the Sydney Opera House forecourt, you’ll find an additional silk floral mannequin by Florabelle Living, inspired by the VOYAGE theme. Plus, enjoy free botanical talks and demonstrations by expert florists and horticulturists, treat yourself to delightful snacks from the Leaf Dept. Café, and don’t forget to cast your vote for your favorite floral creation!
Sydney marks the final stop in 2024 on the Fleurs de Villes VOYAGE global tour, which has already wowed crowds in cities like Chicago, Toronto, Edinburgh, Montreal, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and New York. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this breathtaking floral journey!
