Following on from their popular Jazz + Pinot nights, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar are excited to welcome back one of the best Jazz musicians in the world, James Morrison and Australian powerhouse that is Kate Ceberano for a series of Jazz + Gin, presented by Tanqueray Nº TEN.
To match these world class jazz ensembles, Head Chef Alex Prichard has created a five-course menu featuring Osicetra Caviar, Blini & Cultured Cream, Spaghetti, Mud Crab & Black Truffle, Southern Rock Lobster & Sauce Vin Juan, 10 Day Aged Maremma Duck just to name a few, finishing off with petit fours by Messina.
The Icebergs Martini Trolley will be served tableside and will feature the Tanqueray Nº TEN signature martini swirled by hand. Inspired by a traditional gallone, each martini is prepared in a hand-blown glass vessel uniquely designed by artist Brian Hirst.
