The Spa has recently undergone rejuvenation, launching a refreshed offering to the market including a range of exclusive treatments and a menu of healthy cuisine on offer 7 days a week with amazing bespoke packages.
Sydney Social 101 headed to review the Spa on a sunny Tuesday in Sydney and was excited to find out what made it stand out! Upon arriving into The Spa’s entrance, you are instantly transported into a state of ultimate relaxation. The dimmed lighting, the warm welcome from the staff and the faint smell of aromatherapy oils make you feel at ease.
We were escorted to the changing rooms and given our own robe and slippers and locker – we were advised that we could relax in the Zen lounge before and after our treatment and take advantage of both the Moroccan Hammam chamber and the roof top pool (all of this is included for the cost of the treatment BTW and you can stay all day if you like!).

We decided to opt for the 60 minute massage for our treatment, which was absolutely unreal. The masseuse asked us to smell each of the oils and pick the one that most stood out, perhaps not surprising, we chose the de-stress option!
The Spa’s new range of treatments features a number of signature treatments that are exclusive to The Spa, including:
- The Darling Signature experience combines a refreshing back exfoliation and a customised hot stone massage to restore peace of mind and bring about a deep sense of relaxation. This is followed by a therapeutic scalp treatment, leaving you with a sense of total well-being.
- The Moroccan Hammam Ritual where Moroccan ‘Savon Noir’, or black soap is applied, followed by a full body exfoliation. Then your body is covered in Rhassoul Clay and rose water from the Moroccan Atlas Mountains. The ritual finishes with a full body massage with pure Argan Oil.
The Spa at The Darling has 14 rooms, a VIP couples suite, 2 Moroccan hammam chambers at 40 degrees, a Zen lounge, a tea room, showers/change room facilities and an outdoor pool with Jacuzzi.
The enhanced offering is a continuation of The Spa’s unique collaboration with La Prairie combined with the addition of an exclusive partnership with Espa; a five star international spa brand from the UK. The Spa is Espa’s one and only partner in Sydney.
