The world’s first-time travelling DJ, Tom Loud of Hot Dub Time Machine, will bring his infectious retro tunes trackside when the inaugural Golden Eagle Day takes flight on Saturday 2 November.

 

Since first launching his time-travelling audio-visual party concept in 2011, Hot Dub Time Machine has been a regular on both the national and international music scene, showcasing a setlist of songs from every decade and genre for an electrifying music history lesson.

 

After the last race of the day at Rosehill Gardens, racegoers can dance through the decades to Hot Dub Time Machine.

 

Tom Loud said that he is excited to party the night away with racegoers.

 

“I can’t wait to play on Golden Eagle Day I think it’s going to be epic.”

 

“I’ve wanted to play at the Rosehill Gardens for a while, I actually worked behind the bar briefly many years ago so I know how fun it is. I think it’s going to be awesome,” said Tom.

 

The Everest Carnival 2019 has already welcomed the likes of international superstar and recording artist Kelly Rowland, Client Liaison, Furnace and the Fundamentals, Set Mo featuring Woodes and Yolanda Be Cool,  and is set to go out with a bang with Hot Dub Time Machine.

 

Corina Black, ATC Executive General Manager of Commercial is excited to conclude the Everest Carnival on a high with what is guaranteed to be the biggest party in Sydney’s West this spring.

With more than 10,000 racegoers expected to turn out for the inaugural event, Golden Eagle Day is a landmark sporting event for Sydney’s West with popular food vendors Greek Street, Mr Tortilla Mexican and Bird Man – Southern Fried Chicken and the all-new Golden Palms oasis open to all patron’s trackside with DJs offering background beats all day long.

 

In an Australian racing first, the Iron Jack Golden Eagle (1500m) is an event for four-year-old horses featuring as Australia’s third-richest race, with 10 per cent of the $7.5 million prizemoney donated to the winning owners’ charity of choice.
