Sydney’s hottest rooftop bar, Sky Terrace, has opened its doors to Sydneysiders for the second year running offering impressive views of Sydney Harbour and the CBD skyline and Sydney Social 101 was there to celebrate in style.

Sitting alongside The Star Event Centre, Sky Terrace takes advantage of expansive water views with Sydney city as the background. Expert bartenders are on hand to serve your favourite drinks, offering a range of cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks.

Complementing the beverage menu is a range of bar food options to tantalise everyone’s tastebuds including Spiced Corn Chips with Pea Guacamole, Philadelphia Cheese Steak, Chicken Quesadillas and Sushi.

Available on rotation each week, The Star’s signature chefs will each host a pop-up dining experience offering a special bar food menu from one of The Star’s award-winning signature restaurants, Balla, BLACK by ezard, Sokyo and Momofuku Seiōbo, as well as Luke Nguyen’s Fat Noodle.

 

Sky Terrace visitors can watch the sun go down over the city skyline whilst enjoying the sounds of summer with an impressive line-up of musical talent, delivering the ultimate summer playlist with everything from hip-hop to soul and electronica.

 

Sky Terrace will again feature as an official Sydney Festival bar with live music nightly from a range of local and international talent.
