Applejack Hospitality, owned by seasoned professionals Hamish Watts and Ben Carroll, is opening its fourth venue in just three years, ‘The Butler’. The launch date is set for 25th November and is sure to be one of the hottest new venues this summer!
The Butler is a bar and restaurant located in the backstreets of Potts Point on Victoria Street, in the iconic site of Mezzaluna. Before that, the venue was home to restaurant royalty Butlers, so The Butler pays homages to this, along with the historic Butlers stairs.
Award winning Applejack Hospitality Group Executive Chef James Privett will be taking the helm of the kitchen, with a menu boasting a range of creative share foods with a peppering of French Caribbean flavours. An extensive wine list and bar showcasing a broad selection of beers, ciders, spirits and cocktails perfectly complements the menu.
With a large outdoor garden terrace providing panoramic views of the city, and an interior with subtle botanical and colonial French themes, The Butler will be a destination venue catering for its customer’s entire night out, whether that’s pre-dinner cocktails, a meal with friends, or an end of evening night cap.
