Experience London A-List bar and one of 50 of the World’s Best Bars, Kwãnt, at Rockpool Sydney for two nights only.
The prestigious Mayfair establishment makes its Australian debut at Rockpool Sydney on Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th September, for an exclusive Sydney bar takeover during the annual Negroni Week celebrations, in partnership with Campari.
Kwãnt’s world-renowned and vibrant Italian mixologist Giusy Castaldo joins Rockpool Sydney Bar Manager Leonardo Zuccardi Merli and his team for this first-of-its-kind event.
Three creative and incomparable Kwãnt cocktails, with a nod to the grandeur and elegance experienced at the prestigious Mayfair establishment, will be unveiled on the evening:

A selection of sophisticated Rockpool canapés accompany Giusy’s trio of exceptional cocktails – the perfect marriage of culinary art and bar excellence, meticulously crafted to provide an unparalleled bar experience.
Rockpool Sydney Bar will be dedicated to the Kwãnt takeover both nights. The ticket price of $90 per person includes all three cocktails, plus canapés.
Negroni Week is a celebration of one of the best-selling classic cocktails worldwide, featuring Campari – The ‘Red Heart’ of every Negroni. To raise money for charitable causes around the world, this global program is presented by Imbibe magazine and Campari.
Rockpool and Kwãnt will donate a combined $2 from every cocktail sold at the event to Slow Food, the charity partner of Negroni Week 2023.
Guests are advised to pre-purchase tickets, so they do not miss the inaugural opportunity to experience Kwãnt in Sydney. Two sittings are available: 6pm to 7.30pm and 7.30pm to 9pm. Walk-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with cocktails and canapés purchased on consumption for walk-in guests. Bookings can be made here.
