Bondi’s most iconic summertime destination, the Icebergs Terrace, has been transformed into the Icebergs Terrace x Ketel One Botanical, a beautiful oasis to celebrate the launch of the new Ketel One Botanical, a spirit based drink made with vodka distilled with botanicals and infused with natural fruit essences.
Guests can soak in ocean views alongside an exclusive Ketel One Botanical menu from now until the end of Autumn 2020.
New Ketel One Botanical has a lower ABV of 30%, with no artificial flavours, and contains 50 calories per serve[1]. The ideal drink for those enjoying a balanced lifestyle, it is available in three varietals: Peach & Orange Blossom, a combination of sweet white peaches and bold notes from orange blossoms; Cucumber & Mint, a crisp and fresh flavour profile; and Grapefruit & Rose, zesty grapefruit accompanied with fragrant rose.
The Icebergs Terrace x Ketel One Botanical, located at the crest of Sydney’s famed Bondi to Bronte walk, is a beautiful oasis overlooking Bondi’s spectacular coastline and the endless horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Designed in collaboration with Sydney’s leading landscape architects and horticulturalists, Secret Gardens, the new Terrace is framed by native Australian flora, creating a coastal sanctuary to relax into.
The Icebergs Terrace x Ketel One Botanical will be open every day 12.30pm to 8pm until the end of March, and 12.30pm – 6pm, on Saturday and Sunday from April 2020 onwards.
The Icebergs Terrace x Ketel One Botanical, is serving each Ketel One Botanical varietal as part of a
cocktail menu. Guests can enjoy the following:
