Tia Maria + Coffee Project presents: The World’s Largest Espresso Martini

On October 1, Tia Maria is set to unveil the world’s largest Espresso Martini in Sydney to celebrate International Coffee Day. Standing at 2.2m tall in a custom built glass, the cocktail will hold an impressive 600 litres, the equivalent of 5,000 espresso martinis. Coffee connoisseurs are invited to raise a glass to the occasion by registering to join the celebrations at Cruise Bar. Ticketholders will be able to enjoy a complimentary espresso martini before experiencing the latest in coffee cocktail innovation with an exclusive menu including the Tia Popcorn Frappe, the Tia Coffee Tonic and Tia Flat White Russian.

COCONUT-ESPRESSO ‘VEGAN’ YOGHURT

Ingredients:

1 sachet Natural Health Company™ Skinny Bean Espresso

(Natural Fat Burning Coffee)

1 cup coconut yoghurt

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 tbsp cacao

1 tsp honey

Toppings: Banana slices, coconut flakes and cacao nibs.

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Top with banana slices, coconut flakes and cacao nibs.
