Intercontinental Sydney Double Bay’s stunning Rooftop Bar has been re-enchanted by Champagne Perrier-Jouët. From now through summer, guests will be greeted with a pop of colour and beautiful summer prints along with a reinvented tapas style poolside sharing menu and refreshing cocktails mixed with Champagne Perrier-Jouët.

Executive Chef Alex Vilches has designed the menu with the summer season in mind. ‘Our new menu highlights delicious fresh produce such as Sydney Rock Oysters, salmon sashimi and grilled prawns. These summer poolside bites are complimented by our refreshing beverage offering, keeping the flavours light, fresh and delicious’.

The eye-catching makeover is the manifestation of the Maison Perrier-Jouët’s enduring tradition of crafting nature into art. Founded in 1811, the Maison’s free spirit and creative energy fueled a fruitful partnership with Art Nouveau pioneer Emile Gallé, who designed the Maison’s iconic anemone flower motif in 1902.

The new colourful and contemporary anemone flower motif that is featured throughout the rooftop has been created by the Chicago-based artists Luftwerk to pay tribute to the celebration of energy of nature.

During September, Rooftop Bar is open to public and in house guests Friday –Sunday, 11am until 1 hour after sunset.
