Calling all foodies, Grill’d has just taken healthy to a whole new level – with the launch of their new Nourish & Flourish Burger. So whether you’re paleo, sensitive to gluten, on a low carb and sugar diet, or simply health conscious, you can now give yourself permission eat the ‘Nourish & Flourish’, which launched in all restaurants around Australia on June 30.
Made with 100% grass-fed lean beef patties, avocado, Dijon mustard, dill pickle, shredded carrot, cos lettuce, tomato and egg mayo, the ‘Nourish & Flourish’ has been created by Lola Berry, nutritionist and author of The Happy Cookbook, who teamed up with Grill’d as a move to cater for those who want to give themselves permission to eat a burger.
Grill’d will also introduce Lola’s SuperPower Salad to the menu – a meal option that is light and bursting with antioxidants and plant nutrients. It contains grilled chicken breast, avocado, cos lettuce, carrot, Spanish onion, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, almonds, mint and is dressed in extra virgin olive oil.
On Monday, June 29 at their popular Darlinghurst store, Grill’d held a scrumptious launch event for the new range with a mix of personal trainers, health and wellness bloggers and food media in attendance.
Attended by personal trainer to the stars, 98 Riley St’s Dan Adair, CEO of Harry M Miller Lauren Miller Cilento, and a mix of other hungry guests, nutritionist Lola Berry was there to announce her healthy, new creation. Known for their real food philosophy, Grill’d has made healthy even healthier with the launch of the guilt-free burger. They are all sourced from local providores. The burger is housed on a Low Carb SuperBun which contains 9g of carbs per bun, and absolutely zero refined sugar. Guests tucked into the burger with gusto, and were impressed by the Low Carb SuperBun. Having only 9grams of carbs per bun, guests left satisfied without the carb-bloat… which doesn’t happen when you eat the Low Carb SuperBun.
