For Entres we shared the Crispy and flavoursome stuffed zucchini blossom with roast capsicum mousse and melt- in- your- mouth Seared scallop, butternut pumpkin puree,
toasted pepitas and borage. For mains we opted for the tender Grainge Silver 180gm MSA beef eye fillet,
with truffle mash potato, grilled asparagus, forest mushroom ragout, bourbon onion jam and jus, and the Pan seared, crispy skin Humpty Doo barramundi, chorizo caponata, roast garlic broth, sea grapes and herb oil.
For dessert we indulged in the Melting chocolate cake served with mixed berries, vanilla bean ice cream and the Flamed baked Alaska with luscious berry gel. The perfect way to end the evenings culinary delights!
In addition to its culinary offerings, Windows on the Park boasts an extensive wine list featuring both local and international vintages, perfectly complementing the flavors of the dishes. We enjoyed a bottle of delicious and dry Sauvignon Blanc.
