L’Heritage is a superb elegant French restaurant tucked away in Chowder Bay.
With its stunning waterfront views and warm classy interior, you feel right at home and wowed at the same time.
I can see why the menu and elegant atmosphere have made this such a destination for locals and tourists alike.
Chef Julien Audibert
Lebon’s menu is original and thoughtful. It was a joy just to read it. His stated love of bistro food in Paris
and his clear commitment to quality are obvious everywhere you look.
The food was excellent. I was expecting excellent but this was next level.
We both opted for the 3 courses set menu.
We started with the scallops Noix de St Jacques , sweet and juicy and the slightest hint of hazelnut was divine.
Followed by the Bavette à l’échalote steak , was cooked perfectly to our orders, the tenderness and the red wine échalote sauce truly memorable.
For dessert, Tarte Tatin et sa Crème Fraiche which was to die for, light and airy and perfect in its simplicity.
The service was wonderful, without exception.
Our waiter, Killian, was attentive and accommodating, friendly and professional.
The overall ambience was a perfect stage for a memorable experience for us, and looking around the restaurant I would say for any diner.
This is a truly incredible restaurant, there was not a single flaw in our entire experience from start to finish.
Compliments to the chef!
