The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room kicked off the Christmas celebrations early and invited 800 of their VIP customers, socials and celebrities to join them for a festive night of Christmas inspired cocktails and canapés created by Culinary Director, Sean Connolly.
Santa’s little helpers were there to ensure a selection of Christmas inspired cocktails and bubbles were flowing in abundance, and Chef Connolly created luscious Black Widow sliders, duck fat fries, Wallis Lake Oysters and many more Christmas treats for the evening.
Santa was even in the house gifting guests, ‘who’d been good’, with some early Christmas goodies!
Guests included Nicola Atherton from Bondi Rescue, model/actress, Erin Holland and actress, Mary O’Neill to name a few.
