WHetheEveryone loves a day off work and there is, as always, plenty to keep you busy both morning, noon and night on this upcoming Thursday. FERRYATHON
Ferrython is the annual Australia Day celebration which sees Sydney’s beloved ferries go head-to-head, racing from Circular Quay to Shark Island and back to the finishing post under Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Four ferries will be taking part in the race – Meriton and The Fred Hollows Foundation will each be taking over a ferry. Spectators are encouraged to gather on the foreshore and barrack for their favourite ferry as part of the free event which starts at 10.45am. For more info click here.
