Just because Valentine’s Day has been and gone, it doesn’t mean that there’s no no excuse to treat the ones you love (or yourself). There’s no better opportunity to make a gesture and treat yourself in the process! The Urban Winery Project, started in 2012 by Adelaide Hills winemaker Vinteloper returns for its 7th season at Sydney favourite, Three Blue Ducks Rosebery.
Over two nights, The Ducks will create a 4-course menu for the shared table, matched to a selection of Vinteloper wines – including Shiraz, Tempranillo, Gewurz and Riesling.
Grape Stomping. – 3 blue ducks
Not simply just dinner and wine – the night includes an immersion in winemaking, where guests are given the chance to get their hands and feet dirty with grape stomping!
This will be accompanied by learning sessions on how to make and appreciate wine, and a Q&A. Attendees will also be the first people to have access to, sample and buy the wines that were made by attendees of last year’s event.
