North shore neighbourhood gem, The Botanist is celebrating its’
milestone 10-year birthday this November! Standing proud on the corner
of Willoughby and Broughton Street, the Kirribilli restaurant and bar
remains a beloved local a decade after swinging open its doors.
Launched by Applejack Hospitality in 2012, The Botanist was the second
venture for the group, then in its’ infancy, and remains their longest
standing venue to date. In the past 10 years’ Applejack Hospitality
have rapidly expanded their portfolio, and currently own and operate 8
venues, including new hatted restaurant RAFI in North Sydney, Bopp &
Tone in the CBD, The Butler in Potts Point, and Forrester’s in Surry
Hills.

Highly regarded for its continued focus on sourcing premium, local and
seasonal produce, The Botanist’s menus may have evolved over the
years, but their passion for utilising sustainable practices across
the kitchen and bar has never waned. Beautifully plated share dishes
paired with an equally impressive drinks menu has kept The Botanist a
firm favourite over the past decade, with the venue stirring a
staggering 173,554 cocktails, and a whopping 835,001 share-plates have
left the kitchen pass.

The Botanist has also played host to many memorable moments over its
10 years, from transforming into a botanical sanctum in partnership
with Hendrick’s Gin, to hosting weddings and launching the Kindness
Store – a first-of-its-kind online gifting platform for guests to
purchase thoughtful gifts and send affirmation notes to one another,
encouraging mindfulness and continual kindness.

$1,000 Applejack Dining Credit. To be eligible, simply dine
