Switch up your Sunday Roast this weekend for something a little more sophisticated from BLACK by ezard at The Star Sydney. The restaurant is hosting a very special Oyster, Caviar and Champagne dinner overlooking the Pyrmont harbourside.

The one-night-only event will feature Ralston Bros’ signature fresh Waterfall and Heritage oysters from the Clyde River at Batemans Bay, NSW that are celebrated for distinct and pure flavour. To add drama, oysters will be shucked at table throughout the evening and served with matching champagne.

To complement the oysters, BLACK by ezard, executive chef, Dany Karam will serve a delectable four-course degustation menu featuring caviar, fillet wagyu MBS5+ and a dessert of warm couverture ganache, banana sorbet, hazelnut mousse and cookie crumble.
